TITUS KITCHENS BREADS
We live in rural, central United States.  Having grown up in the country we have always had a
large garden and found that has been the building block to a lifetime of healthy habits.  We
also raise our own chickens for meat and eggs and have at times enjoyed raising milk goats.
Every farm is complete with other pets, a dog, several cats and bunnies.   A rich family
heritage of agriculture made it a simple choice to desire that for our family.  With 9 children we
have experienced many joys and challenges along the way.

Having put our Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ we have come to know and trust His purpose for
us in His great plan for our lives.  We pray that you will find Titus Kitchens to be a great place
to visit and learn from.  We hope to include many learning tools along the way.   For more

In the 1980's I participated in the Fort Kearny Bread Bake-Off Contest winning top ribbons
for whole grain breads. Since 1999 I have attended workshops that train families in using
Whole Grains.  Beginning in 2000 I assisted with teaching workshops that more recently
included Advanced Breadmaking.   I currently teach bread baking to families in my local
area and assist them in becoming successful.  For information on attending a bread

On December 7, 2006 I became
licensed as a commercial baker
downtown Kearney.  During 2007 I
shared kitchen space with elements,
(now currently TRU Cafe') a whole
foods cafe', which serves marvelous
nutritious lunches and dinners.  I
brought my baking 'home' when in
Dec. of 07 i opened my own
commercial kitchen.  I continue to
bake fresh whole grain breads, rolls,
baguettes, bread bowls, muffins ....
and the list is growing.
